Day 1: Hanoi Arrival – Hanoi City Tour half day

The first-ever 2014 Vietnam Sea Festival has been organized by national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines and the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam.

Representative of 25 Vietnamese travel businesses and organizations will promote their products at the festival at Pierre Cardin Fashion House, Vietnam Airlines and BIDV announced at a press conference in March in Hanoi.

The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry and hundreds of investors and travel agencies from France and other European countries are expected to attend the event.

A variety of performances, exhibitions and handicraft product displays, a seafood feast, as well as activities illustrating the lifestyle of coastal residents of Vietnam, will be presented to visitors to the festival.

Vietnam Airlines is working with travel companies in France and Vietnam on a promotional campaign that includes discounts of up to 25 percent for French travelers to Vietnam from April 21 to June 19 and from August 20 to October 21.
