For you they will showcase their culinary ancestral know-how for
processing rice into several different delicious dishes such as: My
Quang (Quang noodle), Hu Tieu (sea food soup), Bun (vermicelli soup),
Banh Dap (grilled rice cake and steamed one united together), Cao Lau
and Pho (noodle soup).
The traditional hardwood décor, colonial-style ceiling fans and
plump pillows on four-poster beds lend a romantic ambience to the 42
rooms and suites. Overlooking the immaculate gardens and nearby river,
the private veranda of each unit is a tranquil spot to enjoy a cup of
morning coffee or an evening sun-downer.
The Ancient House encapsulates a wide selection of dining choices,
ranging from Vietnamese delights such as Cao Lau, fresh seafood to
Western specialties in the Dai Chiem restaurant. The bar by the
restaurant is an ideal venue to unwind and indulge in a bracing cocktail
while the swimming pool and well-equipped spa present pleasing
opportunities for relaxation. The resort also provides excellent
business and banquet facilities that cater to receptions, parties and
other private events. Just a leisurely stroll or short bicycle ride
